To receive the group rate, all members of your group must submit their registrations and pay the $25 deposit on the same day. After determining that your church qualifies for the group rate, we will apply the discount, and you will see the adjusted price reflected in your remaining balance.

To receive a refund on your deposit, cancel by March 4.

Childcare Costs

During Enrichment Retreat sessions, we’re glad to offer childcare for infants through sixth grade.
Register early as space is limited.

The deadline to register for childcare is Wednesday, February 26.

Important Childcare Notes

  • You’ll receive a map of childcare times and locations at check-in.
  • Childcare is typically available from 15 minutes before sessions until 20 minutes afterward.
  • Please label your children’s belongings.
  • If needed for infants/toddlers, please bring a bottle for each feeding, disposable diapers, and a change of clothes.
  • Ages 3+ should bring a water bottle, and ages 5+ should also bring socks for bowling.
  • All meals are provided during childcare.
  • If your child has allergies or is not able to eat the table food provided, please provide food or snacks.
  • Please ensure children are wearing their name tags (given at check-in) to childcare.
  • Childcare is not available for children with fevers (temperatures above 100.4), pink eye, or any other communicable illnesses.
